SHIPPING
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is free on all orders.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of purchase. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Carriers
We ship via multiple carriers depending on your location and order. All shipments include tracking.
Duties & Taxes
For Canadian orders, any applicable duties, customs fees, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at support@fade.audio and we will replace or reship it at no cost to you.
WARRANTY
Your purchase is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the original date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only.

If your product fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no charge. After the warranty period expires, paid repair service may be available depending on the nature of the damage.

What's Not Covered
Loss or theft, damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, improper storage, accidents, lightning, or natural disasters. Damage from these causes may be eligible for out-of-warranty repair at a fee.
Limits of Liability
Our liability is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product. We are not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or damage to other equipment. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. No other warranties, express or implied, apply.
How to Make a Claim
Email us at support@fade.audio to request a return authorization. You may be asked to provide proof of purchase.
RETURNS
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in new or like-new condition and shipped in its original packaging. Items showing significant wear may be subject to a restocking fee of at least 15%, and we reserve the right to decline returns with excessive wear.
To start a return, email us within 30 days of receiving your order. Once your return is authorized, you must ship the product within 3 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Your shipment must include tracking and be declared at full value to protect against loss.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to your original payment method.
